GATEWAY CHURCH SANCTUARY ADDITION

Location: Findlay, OH

Description: Approximately 30,000 square foot to existing church structure.  Addition contains 1,000 seat state of the art worship space (expandable to 1,500 square feet); large lobby with cafe; nursery, restrooms and support spaces.

Date Completed: 2015

Challenges: Rapidly growing young church in Findlay Ohio desperately needed dedicated worship space along with a master plan to accommodate future growth.  The solution was to create a high tech worship experience, utilizing state of the art sound and lighting system, generous platform for various venues along with a generous lobby space connecting the existing and addition in which was centrally located a generous cafe / coffee bar.  To anticipate continued future growth, the auditorium was designed to be expandable to 1,500 square feet by relocating the nursery.
